Using Outbid
By using outbid.nanitalk.com, you agree to use the service lawfully and to provide accurate information when placing a bid. You must be old enough to enter a payment contract in your country.
Listings and bids
A bid is an instruction to purchase a position at the amount shown in checkout. New listings start at $20; raising an existing listing charges the difference from its current bid. A completed payment does not guarantee publication if a listing fails our safety review.
Stripe processes payments. We do not store full card numbers. Payment disputes and refunds may also be subject to Stripe's terms.
Content and review
You retain responsibility for the destination you submit. Do not submit malware, illegal content, impersonation, harassment, deceptive redirects, or material that infringes another person's rights. We may remove or hide a listing to protect visitors or the service.
Availability and limits
Outbid is provided as available. We work to keep the board accurate and secure, but we cannot promise that every destination, click count, or external service will be uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, NaniTalk is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of a third-party destination.
